Keep the Idle Control Valve. Way better for daily drivers. Even though it can be a failing component, the ICV provides a much smoother cold start, and a much more comfortable idle in general.
Once the kit is installed, you will need to weld the dipstick tube vent, make sure it's sealed properly.
You will need to reuse the OEM hose if you keep your ICV.
